Refund and Cancellation Policy

24 Hours or Less Before Departure: No refund will be given.
Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.
More Than 48 Hours Before Departure: Full refund provided.
If we cancel the tour for any reason (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns), a full refund will be issued. If you wish to change the date of your tour, it must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Liability Disclaimer

Sabeto Hotspring Mudpool Tours and Transfers is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained during the tour. Any incidents or claims should be directed to the owners/operators of the Sabeto Mud Pool and not to us. By participating in the tour, you agree to hold us harmless for any accidents or incidents that may occur.
